Building a $1B Company, losing joy/faith/love, and recalibrating life for long-term success
One of my favorite case studies of how to bridge the gap between high success and low happiness
I’ve had a bromance with Brandon Knicely for 7 years. He’s one of my favorite people, and as men do when they bond, they usually end up working together in one capacity or another. So Brandon Knicely is also my business partner at Third Drive.
Besides his clear brilliance (very few people on earth have the capacity to build a $1B company), he’s one of the most generous and compassionate people you’ll ever meet. Brandon and I are also poster children of the High on Success/Low on Happiness syndrome.
As I was getting ready to host a fireside chat on the topic on Thursday, 17th, 2022, at Noon Central Time, I asked him to elaborate on his journey and how he was able to escape the High Performers Trap so many of us face.
