The Bible Story behind the biggest wealth creation period in history.
the freedom to give
Without fail, giving always feels like we’ve received more than we’ve given.
Luke 6:38 (NIV)
“Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over…”
My muscles are sore and my heart is full after a day of volunteer work with a group from my church, cleaning up damage from the floods in Texas earlier this year. It’s amazing how slow recovery is in a flood area—months later, people are still trying to rebuild what was lost.
Next year, we’re taking a group to Maputo, Mozambique, to spend time with the kids, parents, and volunteers of Ascend Academy, which we’ve supported for several years. You can learn more about it [here].
Most of us would love to help more people in more places—but we often don’t have enough time or money to give. One of the most effective ways to create more of both is by building scalable intellectual property—ideas, frameworks, and systems that don’t depend on your time or physical presence to make an impact.
I love that I can take a day in the middle of the week and not feel an ounce of stress about it. Most of the work I do—whether for free or paid—is scalable, and that freedom has been built, little by little, through years of creating, serving, and refining my personal brand.
In about a week, I’ll open registration for my Passion to Profit Lab—a 2-hour workshop for a small group of people who want to take their expertise and build a personal brand and business model around it.
If you want to be first to know—a full day before the public announcement—just reply with INTERESTED, and I’ll add you to the early waitlist.
