How to Turn Regret into Revival: 7 Powerful Ways
I was giving someone relationship advice, helping the person do the courageous thing, and found myself appealing to something surprising: regret.
It is disempowering to carry around, haunting us like ghosts at the most inopportune moments.
The person did not take my advice. Seeing this play out in real-time inspired me to record my latest episode: 7 Ways to Turn Regret into Revival.
Our next free webinar + Q&A focuses on recalibrating or reinventing your career.
March 9th, 12PM Central Time.
Would it be the right move? Many of us are wrestling with this question. We’ll unpack the ins and outs of making decisions and how to launch a new season of fulfillment and success.
I’ve made several career changes, made some mistakes, and enjoyed the fruit of some very successful moves. I will reveal our special guest soon. For now - grab your spot here.
What I’m reading: I'm still enjoying the mind-bending revelations on health and wellness in "Outlive" by Peter Attia.
On a related note - our Wednesday noon CST livestream of Headspace was devoted to health and wellness. Check out the very insightful discussion with high-performance expert Dr. David Heitmann here.
What I’m watching: "Greatest Night in Pop" - about the creation and impact of "We Are The World." The song mobilized the world's top artists to mobilize the world to help the hungry in Ethiopia. It's an epic story - even if you were not alive then. For me - it is a reminder that one compassionate idea executed with intention can change the world. I met some of the people in the story personally. So good.
What I’m writing: I’m officially writing my Little Book of Big Reasons to Love America. Paid subscribers will read my first draft chapter by chapter as I write them and get a signed copy when it’s published.
