We are all sexual beings with unanswered questions about sex. My friend and sexologist, Dr. Joe Beam (whose last name I inexplicably pronounced as Bean in the intro), is extraordinary in his insights and expertise.

What I’m reading: The Business Bible - this version of the Bible compiled by a friend of mine highlights and provides commentary on the business angle throughout scripture. It’s an absolute treasure trove for those looking to learn Biblical principles about commerce, business, and money.

What I’m watching: Maestro - starring Bradley Cooper ( also director)  and Carey Mulligan. I’ve never used these words to describe a film in Headspace, but I will now. It’s a triumph for Bradley and Carey, and I will be shocked if they don’t get one or more Oscars for this. The film is out on Netflix, but I was lucky to catch it on the big screen last night, which is the best way to experience this masterpiece of a movie.
