Deep Dive: Ship the Offer. Change the Game.

Why your expertise feels invisible — and how to make it essential.

You’re good at what you do.
You solve problems. You get results.

But something still feels off.
You’re capable of more — but underutilized.
You’re trusted — but underpaid.
You’re present — but not essential.

Here’s why:

Until your edge becomes an offer, it’s just potential.

That doesn’t mean you need to start a business tomorrow.
It means you need to stop waiting to be discovered — and start solving meaningful problems with clear, repeatable solutions.

This applies whether you’re:

  • Building your own thing

  • Leveling up inside a company

  • Designing a mission-driven career

  • Or just tired of being the most capable person no one promotes

Generic talent gets replaced.
Specific value gets rewarded.

In my last issue, I share the story from back in 1887, a Russian goldsmith named Peter Carl Fabergé made an Easter egg.

It was beautifully crafted. Gold, sapphire, diamonds — a marvel of creativity and craftsmanship. Commissioned by Tsar Alexander III. Sold for what would now be ~$54,000.

A century later, it turned up at a flea market… mistaken for scrap.

Then someone looked closer, noticed the mark — and realized what it was: the Third Imperial Fabergé Egg. It sold for $33 million.

Same egg. Different context. Multiplied value.

The egg didn’t change.
What changed?
The story attached to it. The brand behind it. The rarity and the recognition of what it was.

This is what most people miss:

Your work already contains gold.

But if no one sees the mark, the design, the context — it gets priced like scrap.

That’s what this issue is about.

👇🏼 For paid subscribers, I’m unpacking exactly how publishing, positioning, and packaging your edge turns invisible work into undeniable value — in business, career, and calling.
